Project Scope

Design a new version of this application for tablet devicesand make substantial improvements to the usability of the app, currently on version 2.2.4.

Role

Lead UX Designer

Comcast call center managers and supervisors with at least12 direct reports each.

Design Solution

Fix user flows, streamline interaction patterns, and create a clean and simple visual design. Plus, establish new design rules, making it a more delightful experience.

Results

The project manager and Comcast leadership were extremely pleased with the new design, and this project opened the doorfor a whole line of business between TCS and Comcast.
