Create a POC mobile app prototype that helps chronicle kidney disease patients and encourage C-suite executives to fund the full version of the app.

Project Scope
Facilitate five days of design workshops at the client's location in Mexico City. Collaborate with business analysts and digital officers to adjust flow map and create app from ideation to prototype. Communicate with SMEs and account executives to understand the business goals and user needs and goals. Work and build a prototype for POC presentation to the client's C-suite executives located in Germany and France.

Design Solution
To create free and paid sections of the app, with easy-to-use, easy-to-input data, and make it accessible for users with lower levels of education. Additionally, establish design rules, making it a more delightful experience.
Results
The client's C-suite executives approved this POC, and today it is a full-fledged project for TCS.
